Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

3. Products

3.1 We sell handmade, sun-dried food products, including Biuli Dal Bori (Urad Dal Bori) and related homemade food items.

3.2 All products are made in small batches. Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in appearance, size, or colour may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

3.4 Our products contain only natural ingredients. All ingredient and allergen information is listed on the product packaging and product pages. Customers with food allergies are advised to review ingredient lists carefully before purchase.

3.5 We do not make any medical or health claims about our products.

4. Ordering Process

4.1 All orders are placed via WhatsApp only. By initiating an order on WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase our products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 An order is confirmed only after:

You receive a written confirmation from us via WhatsApp, and
Full payment is received by us.

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

4.4 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address details. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.

5. Pricing

5.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

5.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp.

5.3 We offer free delivery on all orders across India. No minimum order value applies.

5.4 We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.

6. Payment

6.1 We accept the following payment methods:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
Credit Card / Debit Card
Net Banking

6.2 Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of your order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.

6.3 All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card or banking details.

6.4 If a payment fails or is disputed, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is not received within 24 hours of order confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 We ship to all major cities and PIN codes across India.

7.2 Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

7.3 Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.4 Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

7.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

7.6 Delivery is considered complete when the package is handed over to the recipient at the specified delivery address, or when a delivery attempt is recorded by the courier.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

8.1 We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear photograph of the damaged item and packaging.

8.2 Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement of the product. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged goods; replacement only.

8.3 We reserve the right to assess damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Damage caused by mishandling after delivery is not covered.

8.4 If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue (e.g. foreign matter, spoilage), we will arrange a full replacement or refund at our discretion.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

9.2 Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

We are unable to fulfil your order and no replacement can be arranged.
A duplicate payment has been made in error.
The product received is materially different from what was ordered.

9.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

9.4 We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with taste or texture, as these are subjective in nature.

10. Cancellations

10.1 You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

10.2 To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details.

10.3 If cancellation is approved and payment has been made, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

11. Shelf Life and Storage

11.1 Our products have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture, when stored properly.

11.2 Products must be stored in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container.

11.3 We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage by the customer after delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product photographs, and design, is the property of MRB Spices and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MRB Spices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

The use or inability to use our products.
Any delay in delivery.
Any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions.

13.2 Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to such claim.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication via WhatsApp.

14.3 If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, India.

15. Privacy

15.1 We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order — including your name, delivery address, and contact number shared via WhatsApp.

15.2 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except courier partners required to fulfil delivery.

15.3 By placing an order, you consent to us using your contact information for order-related communication only.

16. Changes to Terms

16.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
